Tom Hempstead is new head chef at Papillon

Chelsea restaurant Papillon has a new head chef in Tom Hempstead who joins from 1 Lombard street in the City, where he has spent the past five years cooking with Herbert Berger.

He spent the five before that living and working in France and Europe learning French cooking techniques.
