Chef Tom Kerridge is to headline the opening day of Pub15 in an interview conducted by The Caterer publisher Mark Lewis.
The owner of two-Michelin-starred pub Hand & Flowers and the newly-launched The Coach in Marlow will share his passion for providing exceptional dishes in pub settings and his future plans at the show which takes place at Olympia on 18 and 19 February 2015.
He will share his insights on the business theatre on Wednesday 18 February at 1.30pm.
Meanwhile, Pub15's seminar programme will also include sessions featuring of Whiting and Hammond managing director Brian Whiting, who will review the landlord landscape, while Yummy Pub Co co-founder Tim Foster will explore how premium products can boost margins.
