Tossed hires Andrew Shanahan and Neil Sebba

Healthy eating restaurant chain Tossed has made two senior appointments to its 100-strong team.

Andrew Shanahan takes over as operations director. Shanahan was previously managing director of LoveJuice and spent five years at Pret A Manger where he was operations and development director.

Meanwhile, Neil Sebba joins as financial director. His appointment follows a £1.5m venture capital investment in the business by Beringea, which he helped the existing management to raise.

He was previously with Cornerstone Corporate Finance, where he advised leisure and consumer-facing businesses on raising private equity funds. Tossed founder Vincent Mckevitt started up the company just five years ago after spotting a gap in the market for a healthier fast casual offer.

Tossed currently has six stores in London.
