Two ethnic city centre restaurants in Nottingham have been put on the market through Davey & Co, which is seeking offers of £150,000 for the leasehold on each property.

Skinny Sumo is a Japanese restaurant with 60 seats in Carlton Street, Hockley.

The Pretty Orchid in Bridlesmith Gage serves Chinese cuisine and will also seat 60 diners.

"The restaurants are both highly regarded and are popular throughout the week," said Paul Davey, managing director at Davey & Co.
