Vapiano appoints Phil Sermon UK managing director

Restaurant group Vapiano has appointed Phil Sermon as its UK managing director. Sermon joins with more than 25 years' experience in the catering and hotel industry, having worked with companies including JD Wetherspoon, Hilton Hotels and Sodexo. Vapiano, which has its headquarters in Bonn, Germany, operates more than 100 restaurants in 25 countries, including two in the UK, both in London.
