One week on from the publication of the Michelin Guide to Great Britain and Ireland 2014, Caterer and Hotelkeeper captured the reactions of some of the new starred chefs.
We spoke to Paul Hood of Social Eating House, Tony Fleming at South Place Hotel's top floor Angler restaurant, Sergio Sanz Blanco at Ametsa with Arzak Instruction, Eric Chavot of Brasserie Chavot and Ashley Palmer-Watts from Dinner by Heston.
We also spoke to established Michelin star-holder Claude Bosi of Hibiscus to catch his thoughts on this year's new stellar line-up.
