Vivek Singh makes hat-trick of appointments at Cinnamon Soho

Vivek Singh has made a hat-trick of new appointments at his latest restaurant venture Cinnamon Soho. Ramachandran Raju (above left)has joined as head chef having worked in both the Cinnamon Club and Cinnamon Kitchen. Prior to working with Singh, Raju earned his stripes at the Taj Garden Retreat Madurai, India, before moving to the Coromandel in Battersea, London.

Meanwhile, Nicolas Digard (left) has been appointed restaurant manager. Born in France, Digard's hospitality career began as chef de rang in Disneyland and at Le Velocipede in Paris; and then at the two-Michelin-starred the Square in London. He has also worked as head waiter at Cinnamon Club before being promoted to assistant restaurant manager at Singh's Cinnamon Kitchen.

And Dainius Kazlauskas has been named head bartender. Formerly a bartender at Too2much and Hard Rock Casino in London, Kazlauskas worked his way up to head bartender at the Casino at the Empire, Market Place and Crazy Bear.
