Caterersearch has joined forces with the five-star Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park hotel in London's Knightsbridge to offer the fantastic prize of a dinner for two at Michelin-starred restaurant Foliage.
The prize includes a four-course meal for two guests at the Adam Tihany-designed restaurant, which will include sommelier-selected wine pairings.
Head chef Chris Staines, who has been at the helm of Foliage for six years and was recently appointed by Lufthansa as the German airline's first British "star chef", serves a modern British menu.
Dishes the winner will be able to sample include scallops with orzo, almonds and squid ink; venison with artichokes, sprouts and chocolate sauce; and banana soufflé with hazelnut, sea salt caramel and milk sorbet.
To enter the competition, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Foliage" before 14 January.
The winner will be selected at random.
