Hoping to revamp the snack sector, the first outlet of this company has opened near London's Liverpool Street station. Providing a lower-GI alternative to traditional sandwiches, the wraps are inspired by street markets around the world. The store has been designed by David Pocknell, the design inspiration behind Oi! Bagel's branches.

  • Food: Customers watch freshly made flavoured wraps being stuffed with fillings such as three-bean salad and marinated peppers, tuna niçoise and chicken tikka. As well as wraps, Caribbean rotis, salads and breakfasts are available. A variety of crêpes and desserts are also offered.
