Yo! Sushi announces five new London restaurants

Yo! Sushi is set to five new restaurants in London this year.

The group has acquired new sites in Baker Street, High Street Kensington, Richmond, Kingston and Heathrow T2 - all area which benefit from high footfall.

Launched in London's Poland Street in 1997, Yo! Sushi now has 67 units in the UK and 11 overseas.

Vanessa Hall, chief operating officer of Yo! Sushi said: "With more than 17 years' experience of bringing sushi to the masses we're excited to increase our offering in the hustle and bustle of one of the most competitive dining markets on the planet. London presents Yo! Sushi with a wealth of opportunities, as there is huge demand for our unique, fun and casual kaiten dining experience.

"With 30 out of 76 UK restaurants inside the M25, Yo! Sushi is really setting the pace as it continues to evolve alongside the capital city."

Yo! Sushi, which serves over six million customers a year, also plans to open a further five sites across the UK this year.
