Resy launches week of exclusive set menus at London restaurants

Restaurant booking platform Resy has partnered with restaurants in London such as Strakers and Rambutan to offer a week of exclusive experiences and events.

Over the five days from 15 to 19 May, Resy will launch five events for customers to book as part of Resy Drop Week.

Resy chief marketing officer Hannah Kelly said: "During Resy Drop Week we're teaming up with five restaurants we're currently obsessed with and giving diners a chance to experience them in a unique way."

Reservations are made on a first come first served basis, with each experience available to book for only one day.

FKA Black Axe Mangal will be the first experience to drop, bringing back some of the restaurant's brunch classics for the first time since 2020 in a three-course set menu on 27 May.

On 16 May two-Michelin-starred restaurant Ikoyi will launch a one-night-only five course tasting menu for 13 June, featuring dishes from chef Jeremy Chan's cookbook A Journey through Bold Heat with Recipes, with a complimentary limited-edition copy included in the experience.

An extended omakase tasting menu of 20 courses will be presented on 11 and 18 June from Kurisu Omakase, available to book on 17 May.

The fourth drop, available to book on 18 May will come from Rambutan and feature a traditional Jaffna crab feast on 4 June, with curried Cornish crab, sambols, green mango pachadi, rotis and yellow rice.

Strakers will be the final drop of the week for an event on 6 June showcasing TikTok star Thomas Straker's signature dishes.

The experiences range from £40 to £200 per person, and will be available to book on each day of the drop on resy.com/londondrops
