Sabor eyes second restaurant in Soho

Michelin-starred Spanish restaurant Sabor is eyeing up a second restaurant in Soho.

Planning documents have been filed with Westminster Council outlining plans for a basement and ground floor restaurant, within a four-story terrace in Soho's Lexington Street.

The documents name both Sabor, which opened its first site in Mayfair early in 2018 and earnt a Michelin star in the 2019 Guide, and backer JKS Restaurants.

Sabor is the brainchild of Nieves Barragán Mohacho and José Etura, both formerly of Barrafina. It offers a menus that draw influences from the regional cuisines of the Basque Country, Castile and Galicia.
