Seasoned wins £3m contract with Sea Life Brighton

Catering and events firm Seasoned has won a £3m, five-year contract with aquarium and tourist attraction Sea Life Brighton.

The company won a competitive bidding process based on its commitment to using small producers from the local area.

It will see the caterer extend its presence in the city, after it secured a seven-year extension to its 15-year contract to provide food and drink at the Brighton Centre conference and entertainment venue in 2021.

Seasoned will launch its partnership with Sea Life Brighton in May and its first booking will be a celebration and networking event for a national law firm.

Graham Turner, managing partner venues at Seasoned (pictured above left), said: "We are thrilled to be joining forces with Sea Life Brighton, which is the oldest aquarium in the world, and look forward to a successful relationship."

Seasoned is part of the Crown Partnership, a portfolio of events, hospitality and catering providers, and last year announced a merger with sister food retail brand Kudos.
