Birmingham-based hotel management company Switch Hospitality Management has lined up contracts with two new openings in the city next year.
The group will take on the management of Birmingham's former Nitenite hotel, which has been closed since 2018 due to flood damage. Final discussions are taking place to confirm the name and branding of the 130-bedroom property when it reopens.
It will also manage the former Royal Angus hotel, which is owned by Seven Capital Investments and is undergoing work by Colmore Tang to open as a 174-bedroom property with a mixture of hotel bedrooms and luxury apartments.
