We're cured!

Three meats from Italy and two from Spain join the charcuterie range from Brakes. The Italian selection includes sliced pepperoni, sliced bresaolo and sliced speck (low-fat meat that has been salted for 20 days, then smoked and air-dried); and from Spain there's chorizo and sliced Serrano ham. Also new is an individual-portion antipasto pack, Antipasto Mono, containing one slice of prosciutto crudo and two slices each of coppa di Parma and salami Milano.
