The fried chicken chain also posted record revenues of £216.4m
Wingstop UK has posted a 78% increase in profit before tax in its full-year results.
For the period ended 28 December 2025, Lemon Pepper Holdings, which holds the master franchise for Wingstop in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, posted £23.5m in profit before tax, up from £13.2m the previous year.
Revenue also increased by 73% to £216.4m, up from £125m, reflecting good underlying sales growth and the launch of 16 new sites across the UK and Ireland since the period end.
In January 2025, global investment firm Sixth Street became a majority shareholder of Lemon Pepper Holdings to support Wingstop’s growth across the region.
The directors stated there “continues to be strong growth prospects in the premium fast casual chicken market” and shared their intention to “continue to roll out Wingstop at pace across the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland”.
The group has also signed a development agreement to expand into Poland, which it identified for its rapidly developing QSR segment.
Chris Sherriff, chief executive of Wingstop UKI, said: “To have achieved record results despite the well-reported headwinds facing the broader hospitality sector is a fantastic achievement – one made possible only by the hard work of our team and the loyalty of our fans. I want to take this opportunity to thank them both for their continued dedication and unwavering support.
“Reaching our 100th site in the UK is an incredible milestone, but more importantly, it reflects our commitment to opening exceptional restaurants in the right locations, maintaining operational excellence at scale, and investing in the people and culture that underpin our business.
“As we grow across the UK and Ireland, and expand into new international markets such as Poland, we’ll build on our position as one of the most distinctive and most-loved brands in the category.”
The company opened its first Wingstop store in London’s Cambridge Circus in October 2018.
Wingstop Inc operates and franchises more than 2,000 locations worldwide.
