Operators will be able to participate in dedicated training sessions on the brand’s cooking equipment
Cooking equipment manufacturer Alto-Shaam has opened a training kitchen and demonstration facility in Milton Keynes.
The new facility will provide an account management, customer support and service base for UK customers, and will be used for hands-on equipment demonstrations to chef-led training sessions, showcasing Alto-Shaam’s portfolio of kitchen equipment solutions.
It will also be utilised to host regular live and interactive ‘A Taste of Alto-Shaam’ events for chefs and other hospitality operator staff.
The launch follows the recent appointment of James Olbort as Alto-Shaam’s new UK commercial leader, who will manage the facility alongside UK head of culinary, Billy Eatenton.
