This month’s new contract wins, projects and partnerships in the UK hospitality supply chain

PepsiCo and Silverstone have agreed a new five-year partnership that will see PepsiCo become its official soft drinks and snacks partner. PepsiCo will bring its portfolio of food and beverage brands to Silverstone’s year-round motorsports events calendar with the support of bottling partner Carlsberg Britvic. The partnership will deliver immersive experiences, with six major activations taking place each year. The partnership was launched at the Formula 1 British Grand Prix 2026 in July, with activations from Gatorade, Doritos and Pepsi.

Contract caterer Houston & Hawkes has entered a partnership with fellow B Corp firm St Ewe Free Range Eggs to make the Cornwall-based brand its exclusive egg supplier. Houston & Hawkes will serve St Ewe Eggs throughout its business, which spans 44 client sites across London and the south-east.

Pub company Fuller, Smith & Turner has signed a new deal with Dorset-based Clipper Teas to supply its organic and Fairtrade teas across the group’s pubs and hotels. The three-year deal – Clipper Teas’ first pub contract – is estimated to result in 3.5 million Clipper tea bags served to guests.

Pub group Marston’s has partnered with Hawkstone, Jeremy Clarkson’s British beer brand, to bring slow-cooked beef and IPA pies to 498 pubs across the UK. The pie, made up of diced British beef and pulled beef cheek, slow-cooked in a rich gravy made with Hawkstone IPA, will be topped with pastry made with Barber’s Cheddar and served with seasonal vegetables. Bottles of Hawkstone IPA will also be on sale at the sites.

British-Indian vodka brand Desi Daru has secured listings in Tamarind of Mayfair’s Terrace in London. Its Alphonso Mango Vodka will feature in three cocktails on the Indian restaurant’s menu: Desi Vesper, Summer Negroni and Mango Sling. Desi Daru’s vodkas are distilled seven times from English winter wheat for a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, with the Alphonso Mango variant distilled with mango from Ratnagiri.

Radisson Hotels has collaborated with Accenture to launch an AI-powered app in ChatGPT for guests. Guests start a conversation by typing @RadissonHotels in ChatGPT and then describe their requirements. The app will search more than 1,000 Radisson Hotels properties across more than 100 countries, and share live inventory, rates, location context, amenities, hotel details and an interactive map.

Hydes Cyder is now being served on keg at 11 pubs across Hampshire and the south coast. Two venues, the Candover in Preston Candover and the Swan Inn in Emery Down, offer the flagship 5% cider and the non-alcoholic Hydes Lyte on tap. Hydes Lyte (0.5% abv), is produced through full fermentation rather than de-alcoholisation, giving it the depth of character and tannin structure of its 5% sister blend.

Butlin’s has rolled out 119 automated self-serve Boxbar bars across its three UK resorts, in Bognor Regis, Minehead and Skegness. The two- and three-bank Boxbar mobile container, using TapWall, is designed to increase capacity, maximise sales during peak trading periods, reduce queues and improve the guest experience. The units can serve 20 different drinks and pour two drinks in as little as six seconds.

Bakers + Baristas has selected Miko Coffee under a five-year agreement for its 62-strong estate throughout the UK and Ireland. The agreement follows more than 18 months of collaboration that began with the supply of Shott flavoured syrups and has evolved into an offer encompassing premium coffee, traditional espresso equipment, barista training, technical support, menu development, bespoke branding, quality assurance and account management.

Higgidy has won a contract with Sodexo to supply matchday pies at Brighton and Hove Albion’s American Express stadium. Higgidy will provide a 200g sausage roll and 200g pies in four flavours: steak and onion with gravy; chicken, ham and leek with a creamy white sauce; vegan chickpea and spinach masala pie with tomatoes; and guest pie chicken tikka with red pepper. Each pie has a shortcrust pastry bottom and is topped with a puff pastry lid.

The Pig hotel group has extended its partnership with DropWorks Rum. Barrel Drop, Clear Drop, Funk Drop, Distiller’s Drop #001 and Distiller’s Drop #002 are listed on menus across the Pig’s nine hotels. DropWorks’ founder and master distiller Lewis Hayes (pictured) has also completed a nationwide education programme for more than 50 of the Pig’s bartenders, delivering hands-on rum training.

Wildwood Restaurants has agreed an exclusive partnership with Somerset-based Howies Cider across all its locations. Drinks menus will now feature small-batch British-grown Howies Apple and Howies Berries ciders, suitable for pairing with Wildwood’s stone-baked pizzas, pasta and grills.
