Brakes has launched a range of Sysco Premium Deep Fill Pies with no void between the filling and the pastry lid. The butter shortcrust pastry cases are hand-finished with toppings such as cracked black pepper or rosemary, helping to identify varieties during service. Fillings are prepared in small, oven-cooked batches and include beef bourguignon, chicken, ham hock and leek, venison and port, chicken, leek and wholegrain mustard, and Barber’s Cheddar potato and onion.

Premier Foods has launched an Angel Delight Whip range for education and care settings. The no added sugar range includes the existing strawberry and chocolate flavours alongside a new vanilla flavour. Angel Delight is gluten free and contains no artificial colours or added preservatives. The 43-portion, 600g packs take just 10 minutes to prepare with either water or milk.

Gorilla Carts & Kiosks has introduced the Flexi Serve Kiosk for mobile catering. The kiosk is made from stainless steel and is available in two sizes (Standard and XL), each with a choice of gantry heights and directional LED spot lamps. Additional options include hot and chilled cold plates, induction units and heat lamps. The Flexi Serve Kiosk can be branded using the overhead illuminated signage and undercounter magnetic panels.

The wholesale arm of takeaway brand Pure has launched a wrap in partnership with flour supplier Wildfarmed. The wholemeal wrap is made from regenerative flour and will be used in more than 50 of Pure’s wraps, with fillings including smoky beans and corn salsa, high protein coronation chicken and gochujang beef and pickled veg. Wildfarmed flour is fully traceable and made with regenerative farmed British wheat. Based on Pure’s annual wrap volumes, the switch to Wildfarmed flour is estimated to reduce emissions by more than 18 tonnes of CO₂e per year.

European pâtisserie supplier Pidy has added two new Mediterranean-inspired flavours to its ready-to-fill Iris Cups range: garlic butter and parsley, and tomato and herbs de Provence. The pastry cups can be used for hot and cold fillings, and will maintain a crisp texture for up to three hours, making them suitable for prepping ahead.

FEM has launched a range of buffet trolleys to create a complete food station that can be wheeled away when not in use. The Buffet Trolleys are manufactured in Spain by Pujadas and feature wood and matt black carbon steel for a modern aesthetic. A simple anchoring system makes them easy to assemble and they feature multiple gastronorm-compatible shelves and spaces. Two central shelves have a sloping rear hook, so they can be presented flat or at an angle, and an optional top module optimises space by adding a sloping shelf.

RM Curtis is expanding its snacking range with Curious By Nature nut mixes. The nuts come in Hoisin Spice flavour, a blend of honey and hoisin-spiced almonds with chilli-lime cashews and dry roast peanuts; Salted Maple – maple, honey and salt combined with almonds, cashews, peanuts, and pecans; Espresso Nutini – a blend of caramelised mocha hazelnuts, cocoa-spiced pecans and walnuts with dark and white chocolate-coated coffee beans; and Hot Honey and Lime – caramelised hot honey peanuts and cashews, roasted chickpeas and chilli lime seasoning.
