FEA reveals new conference location

The Foodservice Equipment Association (FEA) is to hold its industry conference at the Staverton Park hotel in Northamptonshire for the first time.

The organisation’s 2026 conference will take place on 18-19 November, and represents its flagship event, where the industry comes together, networks and socialises with peers while learning about and discussing the big issues facing the sector.

Beginning with the FEA annual general meeting in the afternoon of the first day, the conference features a charity dinner which also includes the presentation of this year’s Charitable Endeavour awards.

The second day will see a speaker sessions line up from a range of industry experts, with the event being brought to a close with an evening gala dinner and the announcement of the winners of the FEA awards, including the Chair’s Awards, Apprentice of the Year, and the Outstanding Contribution to the Industry, sponsored by The Caterer.

The FEA has introduced bespoke price bands for associate and consultant members with a two-night package on offer costing £550, a saving of 50% compared to the full cost equivalent. FEA’s objective is to make the flagship event accessible for more members, allowing them to take full advantage of the opportunities the conference provides.

The two-night package includes access to all conference events as well as two nights of single occupancy accommodation.

The bespoke packages are open to associate and consultant members, new FEA members, and qualifying NextGen delegates. Furthermore, members of the Arena hospitality networking group can also book the two-night package for £550.

There are early bird discounts for full members, with two-night packages costing £786 per person, a 30% reduction on the standard price if booked before 28 August 2026. There is also an option for first time attendees to join for just the conference at a 75% discount, with tickets costing £150 for the conference.

Non-FEA members are also welcome to attend, with prices starting from £1,094. A full range of options are available allowing attendees to customise their booking according to their requirements.
