Electrolux Professional has supplied kitchen equipment to South African restaurant and bar Kudu, following its recent relocation to London’s Marylebone. Two tailored cooking suites have been installed: an XP block suite back of house and a thermaline suite in the upstairs theatre kitchen, plus a pair of wine refrigerators. Chef patron Patrick Williams, who founded Kudu with his wife Amy in 2017, said: “These are serious pieces of professional equipment that make sure we get the job done on time – they have all been fantastic so far.”

Seattle’s Best Coffee, part of Nestlé Professional, has launched in Which Wich’s newest store at Cardiff’s St David’s shopping centre. The site, which officially opened on 24 January 2026, marks Which Wich’s first location outside London and the first to feature Seattle’s Best Coffee. The menu features Henry’s Blend, served hot and iced, in lattes, cappuccinos, americanos and espressos, plus Aero hot chocolate.

Paragon Brands has been appointed the exclusive UK distributor for Goslings Rum. Goslings, which was founded in Bermuda in 1806, is a family-owned rum producer now in its eighth generation. The brand is known globally for Goslings Black Seal Rum, a dark rum aged between three and six years.

Hot holding cabinet supplier Flexeserve has updated its Leicestershire headquarters with a new Culinary Support Centre and showroom. The studio-style space can house online culinary meetings, training calls with suppliers and remote food demonstrations. The food testing area has also been redeveloped to be more flexible for holding tests and reporting on new product development.

Aluminium bottled water brand Re:Water has invested £2m in a larger production site in Herefordshire. The new site, located just a few miles from Re:Water’s existing base, is five times the size of the current facility and will allow the business to add extra production lines, hold more stock on-site and bring the operation further in-house. The expansion follows several years of high double-digit growth for Re:Water, with the brand recording 60% year-on-year growth in December alone.

Grower Champagne producer Domaine Alexandre Bonnet and Italian prosecco producer Fidora will be distributed in the UK through wine specialist Bibendum. Four sparkling wines from each are available to the UK on-trade through C&C Group’s Bibendum and to independent merchants through its sister brand, Walker & Wodehouse.

Leading Hotels of the World, the global collection of more than 400 independent luxury hotels across 80 countries, has selected Yipy as its preferred provider. The Yipy hospitality standards management system is designed to centralise standards to help hotels define, train and track how standards are delivered across properties and teams.

From 2 March 2026, Fells will become the exclusive distributor for the Clarendelle family of wines, a Bordeaux series made by the Clarence Dillon family, owners of Haut-Brion, La Mission Haut-Brion and Quintus. Fells will initially offer Clarendelle’s Bordeaux AOC Rouge, Blanc and Rosé, and will be the first in the world to bring the Clarendelle 2019 Bordeaux Rouge to market.

Property management system RMS’s integrated payment solution, RMS Pay, has surpassed €1b (£870m) in processed transactions one year after its global launch. RMS Pay automates the payment journey from pre-authorisations and scheduled charges to reconciliation, reporting and dispute resolution, through both card and eCommerce payments.

Tequila cocktail brand Pimentae has expanded into UK travel hubs. Five litre bag-in-a-box Pimentae margaritas are served at Big Smoke Taphouses at Heathrow Terminal 3 (Oceanic), Heathrow Terminal 5 (the Globe, landside), Gatwick (airside) and London Luton (airside). Pimentae has also launched six on-tap lines alongside its full canned range into Great Northern Market at Manchester Airport (airside). The 20-litre keg range includes Spicy Margarita, Grapefruit Margarita and Tommy’s Margarita. In addition, the 125ml canned range, including Cucumber Margarita, is now available for takeaway at Great Northern Market.

Casadei Foods, a London plant-based Italian-style cheesemaker, has landed a listing for its stracciatella at Everyman Cinemas across the UK. The plant-based pesto and sundried tomato pizza will be topped with Casadei Foods’ Stracciatella. The 100% vegan cheese has a subtle, tangy flavour and is designed to perform under heat.

Curious Roo Coffee Roasters has increased capacity of its UK wholesale and retail operations by 50%, building on the opening of its new 5,000 sq m roastery in Chiswick in 2025. Its sister brand, Artisan Coffee School, which provide learning and development across origin, roasting and brewing, has also been relocated to the site.

Gipsy Hill Brewing Company has installed a tank of its Hepcat IPA at Portobello Pub Company’s Westow House in London’s Crystal Palace. Richard Stringer, managing director at the Portobello Pub Company, said: “Our new installation at Westow House means the venue is serving the freshest Hepcat outside of Gipsy Hill Brewery. Hepcat has always been a popular drink at Westow House, so we are thrilled to be able to ensure that customers can now enjoy the freshest, high-quality pint possible.”

Hotel operator Mandarin Oriental has seen F&B room service revenue increase by 54% and orders grow by 39% through the Iris platform over the past year. Iris mobile ordering is used in 20 Mandarin Oriental hotels across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific, primarily for room service and poolside ordering, with plans for further roll-out across the group.

Taiwanese distillery Kavalan Whisky has appointed Marussia Beverages as its new UK distributor from March 2026. The move enables Kavalan to access a broader nationwide distribution network.

Northamptonshire-based frozen food supplier Central Foods has retained BRC Global Standard for Agents & Brokers certification (BRCGS) at AA grade for a ninth consecutive year. The certification, awarded following an audit in November 2025, covers Central Foods’ role as an agent and broker for the import and export of chilled and frozen foods, including the management of third-party storage, distribution, product testing and repacking. The certificate is valid until January 2027.

Cleaning products company 2Pure’s portfolio has been certified as fully carbon neutral, excluding the use phase. The firm employed McGrady Clarke and Metsims to conduct a lifecycle assessment to cover every stage of each product’s journey. Following the requirements of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and ISO 14040 and 14044 standards, OdorBac Tec4 and OdorBac Air’s total cradle-to-grave footprint is 0.063kg CO₂e per litre of concentrate, while OdorBac Toilet & Scale’s cradle-to-grave footprint is 0.121kg CO₂e per litre.
