It can be populated with information about facilities, events, gym and spa services, with booking links included. The directory can also be linked to the hotel’s housekeeping system, enabling guests to order items such as extra towels or a toothbrush.

123Compare.Me has launched WPM (World Parity Monitor) Hotel Price Check, a monthly report that shows hotels and hotel groups how their direct rates compare against online travel agents and metasearch platforms. The report is built around a Beat, Meet and Lose (BML) KPI, which measures how often a hotel’s direct channel offers a lower price than online intermediaries (Beat), the same price (Meet) or a higher price (Lose). Each hotel or group receives their own BML snapshot, broken down by OTA, sponsored listings and group size.

Property management system Eviivo has partnered with DirectBooker to enable hotels to be booked on AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude. Hotels using eviivo are connected to DirectBooker’s AI infrastructure, enabling hotel information, including direct rates, real-time availability and rich property content to appear more prominently on AI chatbots. When travellers are ready to book, they are routed straight to the hotels’ own websites.
