McCormick has launched Frank’s RedHot Spicy Mayo. The condiment pairs cayenne pepper heat with creamy mayo, bringing Frank’s flavour to fries, chicken wings, burgers, corn, tacos, sandwiches or slaws. The mayo is ready to serve, straight from the 1 litre bottle.

Kerrymaid has launched an ambient, long-life Cheddar Cheese Sauce in an easy-tear, pourable 1kg carton. The sauce is ready to use on dishes such as nachos, loaded fries and gourmet mac ’n’ cheese, and is microwave and bain-marie stable. It is also gluten-free, palm oil-free and suitable for halal diets.

Major has improved its Lamb Stock Paste, increasing the lamb content from 42% to 70%, replacing modified starch with cornflour, and offering a ‘cleaner label’ with a shorter ingredient list. The Lamb Stock Paste is made using lamb and vegetable concentrate with hints of nutmeg, rosemary and thyme. It is available in 1kg resealable tubs, making up to 50 litres of stock once diluted.

Banhoek Chilli Oil has introduced a 1 litre PET bottle format, developed with the foodservice and hospitality industry in mind. The PET bottle is lightweight, fully recyclable and refillable, making it suitable for kitchens, food trucks and casual dining environments looking for bold flavour while reducing their environmental footprint. Funnybones Foodservice has refreshed its barbecue sauces in time for summer. Rio Pacific Hickory BBQ Sauce, with a smoked wood flavour, can be served hot or cold and is now available in an extra-large 5 litre tub. A new addition, the Rio Pacific Classic Hickory BBQ Sauce, has a similar flavour and lighter consistency, and is best served hot as a cooking or finishing sauce rather than a marinade. Brindisa’s olive and snack brand Perelló is introducing an extra virgin olive oil. The oil has been created from a blend of arbequina and empeltre olives grown in Navarra, Spain. The olives are cold-extracted within 12 hours of being picked, creating a mild oil with hints of almond and walnut, complemented by a light and subtle peppery note. The olive oil tins comes in three sizes: 250ml, 500ml and 3 litres.
