This month’s new contract wins, projects and partnerships in the UK hospitality supply chain

Booker subsidiary Best Food Logistics has been appointed as supply chain partner for Slim Chickens. Best Food Logistics will provide nationwide distribution and supply chain services to the quick-service and US-founded restaurant brand.

Beyond Meat has signed a series of new and renewed listings at 100 leisure and hospitality locations. The plant-based Beyond Burger and Beyond Sausage will be available at leisure destinations including Notcutts Garden Centres and Haven Holiday Parks, and will return to the menu at Everyman Cinemas.

Heinz Dipper Fry Boxes have landed in the UK for the first time with a listing with 155 Stonegate Group sites. Heinz Dippers will be available as part of a limited-edition menu, where chicken goujons and fries will be paired with Heinz Tomato Ketchup, suited to serving on matchdays.

Otherwander Soho, the newly opened 566-pod hotel in central London, has deployed the Apaleo property management system. Rather than placing the property management system (PMS) at the centre of operations, the hotel has adopted a middleware-led architecture in which systems connect through open application programming interfaces.

Coffee supplier Lavazza has signed a five-year renewal of its longstanding partnership with the Championships, Wimbledon. Lavazza has been supplying Italian coffee to the tennis tournament since 2011 and will continue to serve it at the All England Club throughout the year in the spaces open to members and visitors.

Restaurant management software provider Inpulse has won its first clients in the UK. The company’s programmes are used in more than 4,500 venues in France, and is now used in Junk Burgers, Basque cheesecake bakery La Maritxu, Hop Vietnamese, Pavilion Bakery and SushiDog. Inpulse’s AI platform enables restaurant groups to manage purchasing, stock, recipes and operational performance in real time.

Champagne Palmer & Co has been appointed as the house Champagne across Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global’s UK portfolio. The partnership introduces a selection of Palmer & Co’s cuvées across the group.

Notes Coffee Roasters has partnered with social enterprise café Fair Shot to supply coffee to its outlets, including its café in London’s Covent Garden and wholesale partners. Fair Shot creates pathways into employment for young adults with learning disabilities.

Flipdish and Chicken Cottage have expanded their partnership. Flipdish will extend in-store point of sale and kiosk ordering into an all-in-one solution encompassing online ordering via website and app, the loyalty 360 scheme and order management across more than 70 UK sites. The move will standardise operations into one integrated system so franchisees can control their business from one platform, without the need to juggle multiple providers.

Duncan’s Eggs, which are produced by Aberdeenshire family farming business Duncan Farms, has become an official supporter of the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games and Team Scotland. The Scottish producer and packer will supply 200,000 free-range Duncan’s Eggs to Glasgow 2026, helping to fuel more than 3,000 athletes from 74 nations and territories throughout the Games.

The Gate London City, an EQ Group-managed aparthotel in the City of London, has partnered with Inntelo AI to deploy its agentic AI solution, becoming the first hotel in the capital to adopt the platform. Rather than using AI to reduce headcount, the Gate London City has paired the technology deployment with a programme to train and upskill its team. Through Inntelo AI, guests will have access to an AI concierge that connects requests, services and personalisation across their stay.
