Cleaning and hygiene products supplier Sybron is to double its headquarters size, from a 35,000 sq ft facility to a 70,000-plus sq ft head office and distribution centre in Harlow, Essex. The move is scheduled for August and supports the company’s growth strategy. The new facility includes a two-storey, Grade A-specification office building and a 50m-deep secure yard designed for efficient HGV movement.

Glebe Farm Foods has invested in a new on-site paper packaging machine, part-funded by Huntingdonshire District Council’s Rural England Prosperity Fund). The technology is part of the producer’s long-term ambition to explore more sustainable packaging options across its product range. The company’s flagship PureOaty porridge oats was the first to undergo a paper packaging trial and is now available in 100% recyclable paper bags as well as the original packaging.

Guestline, part of Access Hospitality, has mandated the use of its Trusted Browsers authentication in Secure Mode across all Guestline sites to strengthen security controls. This ensures that only approved and recognised devices can access property management systems, without adding unnecessary friction for hotel teams.

Lockhart Catering Equipment has joined catering buying group Cedabond as a distributor member. The firm believes the move will help strengthen supplier relationships through networking and events, as well as improving operational efficiency.

Journey has been appointed by the Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) as a preferred provider of digital marketing, website and gift voucher solutions within its Leading Strategic Sourcing (LSS) program. As part of this preferred vendor agreement, LHW member hotels can access Journey’s connected technology and services to help grow direct revenue by creating seamless online guest experiences that attract and convert demand, while streamlining operations. Journey already works with LHW member properties globally, including the Landmark London and Beaverbrook Surrey Hills (pictured).

Five team members from Gateshead-based design house RDA will be taking on the Total Warrior 12km challenge on 27 June 2026, raising money and awareness for the mental health charity Leeds Mind. Representing RDA on the day will be directors Nick and Alex Bradley, Lucy Brown and Lara Crome from the estimating team and Lucy Stewart from the design team. The Total Warrior challenge involves 20 obstacles including hurdles such as jail break, swing or swim and the 100ft slideaway.

Swedish warewasher manufacturer Wexiödisk’s work with stainless steel supplier Aperam has resulted in its machines now being made from 98% recycled steel. This includes internal components as well as the body of each dishwasher.

Frozen food specialist Central Foods is to distribute bar snack, sharer and small plates brand Le Duc in the UK. The Dutch manufacturer’s vegetarian snack range includes breaded mushrooms, camembert bites (pictured), mozzarella sticks, chilli cheese nuggets, mac and cheese bites, onion rings and cream cheese jalapeños.

Iris, a digital F&B and guest experience solution for hotels, has signed a strategic partnership with Global Hotel Alliance (GHA), which represents more than 50 hotel brands in 100 countries. Under the new agreement, GHA hotel brands will have access to Iris’s digital F&B ordering, guest directory and mobile concierge platform that can enable hotels of all sizes to increase ancillary revenue, enhance the guest experience and improve operational efficiency.

Sunrise Beverages has taken a strategic investment in independent 0.0% beer brewer Days Brewing as the non-alcoholic brand looks to scale distribution and growth across the UK. Days was listed by Stonegate in 2025 and is served in more than 25 Michelin-starred restaurants.

Alley Cats Pizza, part of Noble Restaurants Group, has partnered with last-mile delivery service Gophr. Gophr will manage urgent stock, equipment and inter-site transfers across the New York-style pizzeria’s four London restaurants in Marylebone, Chelsea, Westbourne Grove and the recently opened Portobello Road site, allowing teams to respond to operational demands in real time.

Alcohol-free spirits brand CleanCo has secured a listing for its Clean V 0.0% abv vodka alternative in selected Greene King pubs. Clean V joins Clean R and Clean G, which already feature across some Greene King drinks menus.

Duetto has secured a strategic co-development partnership with Meliá Hotels International to build resort-specific capabilities into Duetto’s Revenue & Profit Operating System (RP-OS). The partnership’s first purpose-built development focuses on wholesale distribution and packaged travel channels. Resort teams will be able to manage pricing, promotions and inventory strategy, while gaining a data-driven understanding of how wholesale partners contribute to overall hotel performance.

New independent beer brand Patterdale Lager is gaining traction across south-east London and Kent, securing listings in a growing number of local pubs, months after launching in January 2026. Venues serving the craft lager include Boyles Bar in Sidcup and the Sidcup Conservative Club, Berry & Barrel in Eltham, the Abbey Arms in Abbey Wood, the Robin Hood in Bexleyheath and Punjab FC in Gravesend.

Bunta Beer, said to be the UK’s first non-alcoholic Indian craft beer, has gained its first draught listing at Spiteri family venture the Latimer in west London. The Latimer will be serving Bunta Beer’s flagship non-alcoholic citrus lager, brewed specifically to compliment Indian food such as the pub’s masala haddock with curried tartare sauce.

Between The Bridges, the events destination on London’s South Bank, has picked SumUp as its official payment partner. From the 2026 season, which opened on 30 April, every card payment, point of sale transaction and QR code order across the venue will be powered by SumUp technology.

Scottish brewer BrewDog, now owned by Tilray Brands, has signed a 12-month partnership with Underbelly to support key festivals and venues in its portfolio. The deal, which has scope to extend beyond the initial agreement, will see BrewDog become the official beer supplier at permanent live venue Underbelly Boulevard Soho, as well as Christmas in Trafalgar Square, Skate at Leicester Square and Underbelly at the Edinburgh Fringe.

Carlsberg Britvic soft drinks brand J2O has renewed its partnership with the Lashings World XI cricket team for the 2026 season. The continued partnership will include a cricket festival on 18 June 2026, supporting Carlsberg Britvic’s chosen charities, Only A Pavement Away and PoTS UK, in honour of Carlsberg Britvic colleague Patrick Viles, who sadly passed away in 2024 from the heart and nervous system condition.
