Registration is now open for the Guild of Fine Food's Harrogate Fine Food Show, which returns to the Yorkshire Event Centre this year on 19-20 June.
The trade-only exhibition, which attracts more than 1,000 visitors each year, gives food and drink buyers a first glimpse of many innovative products that have never before been seen at a trade show, helping them explore new ideas and refresh their offering.
Visitors to the show will also have the chance to join a number of free tastings, workshops and discussions in the Guild of Fine Food's FineFoodLive! Theatre with a line-up that includes a showcase of the UK's best charcuterie products hosted by Nigel Barden with chef Simon Woods and Colin Woodall of Woodalls. Consultant chef Stephanie Moon will also give a Real Takeaway Food cookery demonstration on how to turn leftovers and short shelf life products into restaurant dishes.
Trade visitors can register now free at www.gff.co.uk/shows/harrogate
