Ex-restaurateur Maureen Suan Neo (of London's Singapura restaurant chain) has launched a range of distinctively spiced cooking sauces and condiments called Nonya Secrets, developed from her childhood memories of family feasts in Singapore. Flavours include Chilli and Ginger Sauce, Spicy Peanut Sauce and Panang Curry Mix.

Newmarket Gin
Newmarket Gin is handcrafted using 10 botanicals, including wild horseradish, Devil's Dyke orchid petals and almonds. Made in small batches, with the botanicals steeped in double-distilled English grain spirit, the gin has been created to celebrate 350 years of racing at Newmarket. Each numbered bottle sports a handmade leather collar in Newmarket Tan and Newmarket stripe fabric.

IMC WasteStation
The WasteStation from IMC grinds food waste into fine particles, which are then fed into its built-in dewatering system. This forces excess liquid out of the macerated waste, depositing the grey water into the drain and compacting the solid waste for processing. The WasteStation can process up to 700kg of food waste in one hour.
