XS4-Locker from Salto Systems

The XS4-Locker from Salto Systems of Spain is a low-cost, state-of-the-art electronic access control system that simply replaces existing mechanical locks to keep thieves out of locker rooms and other sensitive areas.

The compact 54mm x 105mm x 28mm device requires no wiring as it is powered by three AA or optional lithium batteries that will last for 30,000 openings.

The ID carriers - which can be key cards, wristbands, key fobs or bracelets - are simply presented to the access reader built into the twist-operated locking handle to allow access - a family option allows multiple ID carriers to operate a single locker. The handle's durable, wipe-clean construction makes it resistant to chemicals, UV radiation and physical wear and tear. The locker can record the last 1,000 operations.
