Highlights include the Super Aladin Smoke Gun & Aromatiser, which supplies instant smoke and aromas to dishes during service; and the Nitro-Teppan polyurethane liquid nitrogen container supporting a stainless-steel plate that becomes cold enough to create an anti-griddle for making lollipops, ice-cold moulds and chocolate spaghetti.
