Ingredients Olive oil, 10 turkey steaks (butterfly), 2tbs Smoky Mesquite BBQ Seasoning.

Method Oil the turkey then dust with Schwartz for Chef Mesquite Seasoning. Grill turkey until cooked and the juices run clear. Serve!
