140 fish lines from 3G

A whole John Dory is one of more than 140 new fish and seafood lines from 3G Food Service and Seafood Solutions.
Available in three sizes - 454g, 1-2kg and 2-4kg - the John Dory has a mild, delicate flavour with a distinctive sweet taste and can be baked, grilled, barbecued, fried, steamed or poached.
Its flavours work well with a variety of seasonings, including parsley, dill, tarragon, thyme, chives, chilli, coriander and lime.
Other newcomers to the 3G line-up include New Forest Barramundi, Whole Strawberry Grouper and a selection of Quality Approved Scottish Salmon.
