Gilbert's Foods is giving two lucky readers the chance to win £150-worth of its quality Lamb Henry meals.
The traditional Lamb Henry dish, with rosemary and mint jus, uses cost-effective cuts of meats that are experiencing a surge in popularity within the catering sector. The traditional, slow-cooked, individual lamb joints are made using the finest ingredients to a unique recipe designed by the team of development chefs at Gilbert's Foods. Quick and easy for busy chefs to prepare, the individual portions of lamb can be cooked using the sous-vide method for 20-25 minutes or in the microwave for four minutes.
