2015 World Food Innovation Awards announced at IFE

The finalists and winners of the International Food and Drink event's 2015 World Food Innovation Awards held at (IFE) on Monday 23 March have been announced.

A panel of experts judged more than 340 entries from 30 countries across 16 areas in six categories, including: finished products, ingredients, packaging, brands, manufacturing and processing, sustainability and marketing.

Chris McCuin, event director for IFE said: "This is the first time IFE has hosted the World Food Innovation Awards. It has been a great experience and our visitors have particularly enjoyed being able to view some of the world's best and emerging food innovations here at the show."
