3663 has announced its 2012 Christmas range, aiming to provide customers with the perfect festive one-stop-shop.
Last year's Christmas promotions generated more than £2.7m of savings for customers and this year 3663 is hoping to provide even better value to help take the pinch out of Christmas.
Available from September, the range will include 40 new quality food products, 11 of which are from 3663's own-brand range. They include a turkey paupiette with cranberry and apricot stuffing, wrapped in bacon, and a decadent layered chocolate orange truffle torte.
Following 2011 research this year's Christmas collection has a big focus on scratch cooking and buffet food, providing chefs and caterers with fresh and frozen products and recipe ideas to make the most of the Christmas opportunity.
Customer feedback also showed 44% of customers wanting a wider vegetarian range. This has been addressed with four new vegetarian products, including Real Soup Co Spiced Parsnip and Honey Soup and 3663 Spicy Potato and Parsnip Bake.
Christa Heydon, 3663 product marketing controller, said: "Caterers should also remember that Christmas doesn't have to be just about formal dining. Why not try tempting your customers with Christmas treats and beverages that will give them that festive feeling on the move?
"Options such as seasonal sandwiches and wraps or cranberries with mixed nuts and figs will go down a treat at this time of year."
