AAA Linen Supplies secures £4m investment

AAA Linen Supplies has secured a £4m joint investment from SKG Capital and Secure Trust Bank Commercial Finance.

The London business currently employs 300 staff and specialises in the laundering of table linen and chef kitchen attire for restaurants, hotels, private member clubs and spas.

The £4m deal will see Secure Trust Bank Commercial Finance provide an asset-based lending facility including invoice finance for AAA Linen, alongside private equity backing from SKG Capital. As a result, AAA Linen is now poised for growth and is actively seeking bolt-on acquisitions within the sector.

Stephen Lloyd, CEO of AAA Linen, said: "This backing by both Secure Trust Bank and SKG Capital allows the business to continue growing into this niche market without compromising on our most important value, quality.

"Secure Trust gave us an invoice discounting line in a very short time frame that was tailored to our specific needs. They were supportive throughout the process and got straight to the point. We look forward to working with them as the business develops."

Sean Powell, regional director at Secure Trust Bank Commercial Finance, said: "AAA Linen Services offers a unique and bespoke service to some of London's most reputable restaurants. We are delighted to be working with SKG Capital and AAA in supporting the business to achieve its future growth plans.
