Nestlé FoodServices has introduced three recipes that combine Aero Bubbly Hot Chocolate with additional ingredients so that caterers can offer hot chocolate cocktails with a twist.
The recipes, with ingredients and topping ideas, are in a step-by-step format and include Hot Chocolate Mint Sensation and Brandy Choc Toddy as well as ice-cold Frapp‚ for a refreshing alternative. The recipes are supported by a free point of sale kit.
Caterers can access the cocktail recipes online at the Nestlé website, where they can click on "Recipes and Tips" and then on "Aero Hot Chocolate".
Nestlé FoodServices is also giving operators the chance to enter a prize draw to win two VIP tickets to The O2 Arena.
