Caterers can offer their time-strapped customers Alpen Light bars as a healthy snack to eat on the go.
The bars are a combination of crispy wheat and rice flakes, oats, fruit and are drizzled with yogurt.
They also contain an added prebiotic, which can boost friendly bacteria in the gut to help maintain a healthy digestive system.
