The bright amber Pedro Ximénez de Aňada (17% abv) forms part of the Alvear wine collection and is characterised by a bouquet of raisins, dates, honey and orange rind. The wine is sweet and smooth with distinct raisin flavours.
The Montilla vineyard lies in the heart of Andalucia, in the south of the Córdoba province.Alvear is one of five Montilla producers to promote wines made from the sweet Pedro Ximénez grapes to the UK market.
