Ambient fruit coulis from Macphie
Ambient and ready-to-use fruit coulis are available exclusively for the food service market under the Ku-li brand in a choice of raspberry, mango, and blackcurrant flavours.
They are packed in convenient 12 x 475g squeezy bottles with resealable, twist-and-turn nozzles so that there is no need to decant them before use.
Free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, the coulis contain less than 0.5% fat and have been specially produced to retain all of their natural flavours.
They can be drizzled over starters, salads and desserts or used as an ingredient to make sorbets, crumbles or smoothies.
They are also recommended for use with meat to produce a jus or in stir fries, and can even be used to create artistic plate decorations, with the guarantee of remaining stable on the plate if prepared ahead of service.
