Sales of noodles are set to reach £258m by 2012, according to the latest Mintel data.
Amoy offers medium straight-to-wok noodles in bulk cases of 60 individual 150g portions. Also, its range of Oriental cooking sauces includes Black Bean, Yellow Bean and Yellow Pepper, Sweet and Sour, Mushroom and Oyster, Hoi Sin and Plum, Szechuan Kung Po and Asian BBQ, supplied in 2.25kg bottles.
