Angostura seeks UK bartenders for 2013 Global Cocktail Challenge

Angostura is inviting bartenders from across the country to compete in the UK heat of the 2013 Angostura aromatic bitters Global Cocktail Challenge for the chance to showcase their skills against some of best mixologists in the world.

The contest gives working bartenders the opportunity to be flown to Port of Spain, Trinidad, in February 2013 for the final, where they will join contenders from 12 other countries, including India, New Zealand and Russia.

Alison Gibb, international brand manager for Angostura, said: "We're expecting an extremely high calibre of entrants to this year's UK contest. Our finalists seem to get better each year and we can't wait to see the cocktails they will be sharing with us."

Full terms and conditions and entry requirements can be found on the Angostura Global Cocktail Challenge Facebook page. For more information visit www.angostura.com.
