The new Apogee induction hob from MCS represents the zenith of its flagship Cooktek induction range, offering enhanced technology and precision.
A new LCD display keeps the chef informed at all times of the temperature, which can be adjusted by sliding the finger up or down the capacitive-touch controls.
The hob uses the patented SmarTemp microprocessor, which monitors key internal components 120 times a second to give precise control. An error code is displayed in the event of a problem.
