AreaControl accessory for Frima VarioCooking Center

AreaControl is a portion basket accessory that fits over Frima's VarioCooking Center to enable up to six different items to be cooked independently in the same pan.
The caterer loads the basket, punches in the item to be cooked and the required degree of cooking. It also works with the pan-frying accessory so that different pieces of meat and vegetables can be shallow fried at the same time but to different requirements.
It boils, fries, deep-fat fries and cooks under pressure via an easy-to-use computerised control and monitoring system. According to Frima, AreaControl uses 40% less energy and water and cooks up to 50% faster than conventional appliances.
