Hand-crafted and bespoke couvertures and limited-edition artisanal chocolates by chocolatier Bill McCarrick are created at his studio in Surrey.
Customers can create their own signature chocolate recipes from chocolate bars and pralines to cakes and desserts and choose from single-estate beans such as Venezuelan criollo, Brazilian trinitario and Ecuadorean forastero.
Couvertures can also be infused with extra ingredients such as roasted coffee beans or lavender, and chefs can adjust sugar levels. Orders can be made on chocolate from 50kg.
