Some 200 artisanal products from 20 speciality producers make up "the Collection" from Marche UK.
La Pasta di Aldo, praised by Fat Duck proprietor Heston Blumenthal in his book In Search of Perfection, is available in the UK for the first time.
Each pasta shape is made using a different mixture of semolina, and the dough is hand-kneaded and hung on racks to dry slowly at a low temperature.
Also available is Salumificio del Conero's Ciauscolo, a soft salami, and Pecorino di Fossa cheese, which is matured in caves.
