Ascentia Foodservice Equipment has launched into the UK market with a host of brands including Pavesi, Mibrasa, Berto's, Piron, Moretti Forni and Dalmec.
Neil Mantle, who heads up the sales team at the equipment specialist, said: "Our innovative bakery, patisserie and convection steam ovens, deck, conveyor and stone hearth pizza ovens, charcoal ovens and wide ranging high quality refrigeration will offer an energising choice of state-of-the-art products to tempt all sizes of business.
"We also have a fully fitted development kitchen in Cambridge, which is run by our development chef Scott Park, and we will host both new and existing customers for equipment trials and menu/product development."
The portfolio of equipment has been put together to satisfy various commercial catering environments.
