The narrow and compact (1,470mm high x 368mm wide x 686mm deep) unit can fill more than 100 baskets per hour. Its insulated hopper keeps frozen foods such as fries, onion rings, breaded vegetables, chicken nuggets and scampi below critical temperatures for up to 90 minutes. When the optical sensor detects an empty basket, the dispenser fills it with portion-controlled load that can be stored on the lower shelf or placed directly into the fryer. The control panel - which can be programmed in a variety of languages - allows operators to select different basket load weights and calibration and provides self-diagnostic error display codes for easy troubleshooting.
