USP These frozen potato dishes shown at the recent LACA exhibition conform to school nutritional guidelines and can be served up to four times a week, depending on how they are cooked.
Details The range includes a 113g Vegetable Burger made from mashed potato with onions, carrots, sweetcorn, peas and broccoli in a crispy crumb that deep-fries in five minutes or oven-bakes in 20 minutes. Aviko "Pure" Mash is endorsed by the Craft Guild of Chefs and comprises quick-frozen individual cubes of pure potato for portion control that cook in a microwave or combi-steamer in less than 12 minutes. The thaw-and-serve, pre-portioned Potato Quiche with béchamel sauce can be served hot or cold.
