Back-saving water chiller from Bravilor

The Chiller from Bravilor Bonamat takes the backache out of providing customers with cold, pure water. Because the water cooler connects directly to the main water supply, caterers will no longer need to haul around heavy water bottles or find space to store them.

The user-friendly, low-maintenance cooler will chill water to between 5°C and 12°C while the Bravilor Bonamat membrane filter works with active carbon to remove unwanted odours, tastes and micro-organisms from the liquid. The machine has a throughput of five litres per hour and can be supplied with a pedestal to raise the machines to the right height to fill individual glasses as well as higher-capacity containers such as bottles or serving jugs.

The cooler, which is priced at £699, has external dimensions of 572mm high x 245mm wide x 507mm deep.
