Bain-marie add-on to VarioCooking Center from Frima
The multi-function VarioCooking Center from Frima has become even more versatile with the addition of a bain-marie accessory to a unit that already serves as a bratt pan, kettle pan, boiler, fryer, deep-fryer, pressure cooker and griddle.
Designed to hold sauces, dips, gravies and soups, the bain-marie sits above the centre's Ceran hotplates and can hold as many as six different foods in gastronorm containers.
The bain-marie will fit all existing models of the VarioCooking Center, which is claimed to cook food 50% faster than conventional technology.
